Founded in 2014 along the Urubamba riverbank in Pachar, Cervecería del Valle Sagrado crafts world-class artisan beer using locally farmed fruits, grains, and herbs. Their brewing spent grains are donated to local animal keepers as nutritious feed, avoiding landfill waste. They adhere to water conservation protocols and actively finance community and environmental programs throughout the valley.
